SENSUAL ATTRACTION

Across the way, I see your eyes looking at mine, 

our eyes meet as we look and stare..

back and forth then forth and back, 

thoughts exchange wondering what's on each other's mind..

a beauty as such, that is delightful one-of-kind..

I walk towards your way  and our eyes are fixed..

time holds still, standing still like matrix, 

in slow motion..

our eyes send electrifying

magnetic sensation..

a chemistry, there is no denying

shocks of sparks everywhere flying..

No need of spoken words 

Our soul from within only knows, 

the enlightment of each other's desires,

and one's own delight..

upon One look, One sight,

asking ourselves, this the one?

for each other? for one another? are we right?

Goosebumps shiver cross down my spine..

butterflies fluttering all around inside..

As I continue to walk towards that path by your side.. 

each step forward, breathing is slower more than ever.. 

each step feels forever slow in real time.. 

a moment of glance, 

a moment of one look...

and then.. 

you turned to look away and 

our eyes look no more..

was my heart too hopeful,

hopeful for that one chance??

then i continued to keep on walking.. 

my eyes look down towards the ground, 

hopes of feeling i was not gawking..

yet my eyes towards the ground,

my heart tries to not make not one sound.. 

such the mind that sees..

left my heart blind, 

to think i can find, 

to find the one i can spend with a lifetime..

but to only know it was just a false attraction

of a sensual, lusting chemistry...
