REAL SONTH'N is an Ep collecting LION D best ten dancehall tunes recorded in the last months on some of Jamaican latest riddims.

In spite of the fact that dancehall is often characterized by coarse texts or poor contents, even in this Ep Lion D keeps faith to his "conscious" style , already well known in his first works,'The  Burnin' Melody' and 'Reap What You Sow'.

Tunes like FOOD INNA MI POT, ME A GO FE MINE , REAL SOMTH'N are very good examples through which Lion tells us about hard times in everyday life of anyone trying to make it with his own job. Vibes are positive and his message is still open to everyone, without forgetting the importance of entertainment: TURN ME ON, WHINE PON ME, NICE UP THE PLACE, show this attitude very well.

'REAL SOMTH'N' is a cd with a "fresh" sound, very easy to be listened to , and it will surely please dancehall lovers above all. The prevalence of autotune use on the voice cannot be considered as a limit for Lion D, who is a skilled singer, apart from any post-production effects, but only as a stylistic choice.
